Key Block hooks mechanically the lid on to the base and needs to be broken to allow the opening of the box and reaching the content.
This procedure guarantees an high safety level during transport.
Paper band:
It is a further content integrity guarantee. Prevents, until unharmed, reaching the opening device ( Key Block ).
It serves as well as an ideal advertising media because can be printed with a company logo, a bar code or any other message the client wishes to communicate.
Self inked adhesive tape
Even cardboard boxes are equipped with a safety system to guarantee transport integrity.
A special self inked adhesive tape is provided, which, once lifted ,reveals an alert message, proving the mishandling act without failing to perform his blocking function.
The removed section of the tape cannot be utilized again.
Once assembled the pallet will form a solid block thanks to our patented containers locking system.
We introduce a possible further safety method by utilizing our strapping system and the use of a top lid as well.
Our top lid patented system ensures a high security level during transport.
The result is a compact parallelepiped without empty spaces or containers protruding from pallet perimeter, and total impossibility to remove any box from the lot. Pallets could therefore be assembled with EPS boxes only or a mixture of EPS and cardboard, with the same safety guarantee.
